#MySugarbush Weekly Stories 1/9

My Sugarbush is all about the collective love of this mountain. You can read all about the full campaign, but I’m really here to talk to you about the contest. That’s right, we’re giving away tons of good stuff. Every week you take to the lifts and share your memories on social media with the tag #MySugarbush, and we pick out our favorites to give away that good Sugarbush schwag. Each post is thrown into a live mosaic that slowly reveals itself as the season progresses. The more you add, the more the image will come to life. Each week, I’m going to be sharing our favorite posts right here. From the winner to all the runner-ups, or just personal favorites – their stories will be here.

“Sugarbush has been “home” to us since our son was in 5th grade. He is in college now and Christmas included wanting to spend every weekend at “home!”” -Beth Cody

The fact that so many of you call our mountain “home” too, especially for all you college students like Beth’s son, is something we’ll always be grateful for. Those who choose to spend your winters with us, continuing your very own traditions. We will be here every winter with open arms to welcome you back “home”.

Sugarbush has so much to offer. We love seeing you taking advantage of as much as of it as you can, just like Albert. Every varying condition and weather pattern just makes the adventure even greater.

“3 days x 7 hours each day = 21 hours of epic shredding between @killingtonmtn and @sugarbush_vt this week ‼️

Was super bummed to have our flights to Vancouver canceled, but in an odd turn of events, the weather ended up being better on the east coast than it would’ve been in Whistler 🤯

So alas, an entire family trip to Vermont was planned while standing at LaGuardia Airport begging to be put on a flight to the west coast. And it ended up being absolutely epiiiiic!!!

Traveling since Covid has taught me to be flexible, adaptable, and have a plan A, B, and C ready to execute any given moment. Thankful this trip ended up working out…..ready to SEND IT into 2023!” -@annapleaseblog

A trip mishap that leads you straight to Sugarbush? We don’t see any problem with that! Anna’s plans might have changed, but she had a blast here on the mountain with her family. Any visit we get from you all, even the unplanned ones, mean the world to us.

“Do you have ski buddies? I hear from many women that they are on the hunt for pals to enjoy time on the mountain. I 💯 get it, we are only 40% of the ski population and many women hang up the skis in their 30’s. We need more girl gangs on the slopes!.
I’m lucky to have a ski family and female friends who enjoy the sport, and I find new friendships through camps and clinics.
A few years ago, I went to a @sugarbush_vt women’s camp and made some great connections, now I have a group clinic on Tuesdays with a squad of women who are beautiful skiers “of a certain age” — our kids are mostly grown and we are finding time to invest in our passions. We have a great instructor @michelleleibowitz and we’re having a blast.
Keep looking for your people. Join me on Tuesdays, find a camp, call a pal, just don’t give up on time outdoors. It’s a great investment in you!” -@skimomsfun

That’s no mistake, we have TWO winners this week! Both are involved in the women’s ski clinic here at Sugarbush. Michelle runs the clinic every week to give women the chance to meet new friends and have gals to ski with. Nicole is part of the group that meets weekly and has great memories of past clinics that have provided similar opportunities. On average, less than half of the ski population is women. This is the perfect reason to get out there and start these adventures with other like-minded women. Because of their efforts, both Michelle and Nicole have been chosen to win this week’s prize of a $25 Sugarbush gift card and non-holiday lift ticket. In addition, we upped the ante this week, and both will also be winning a day at one of our base cabins!

You never know what the #MySugarbush Contest may bring, don’t forget to enter daily for a chance to win!
