Eye on the Sky: A Night of Stargazing with Vermont Public

Monday, July 28 · 7–10 PM

Spend a summer evening under the stars at Sugarbush Resort with Eye on the Sky. Join Mark Breen, Planetarium Director at the Fairbanks Museum, and journalist Jane Lindholm for a guided tour of the night sky. Learn to spot constellations, track meteor showers, and find your way around using the Big Dipper and Summer Triangle.

Enjoy live music from Tritium Well (7–8:30 PM), a telescope giveaway, and family-friendly activities throughout the evening. Sugarbush will be serving up grilled favorites, hand-tossed pizza, and drinks (vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available). No outside food or drink allowed.

Bring a blanket or chair, warm layers, a red-filter flashlight, and binoculars if you have them. The event is free, open to all ages, and will happen rain or shine. Can’t make it to the event? Tune into Vermont Public for a livestream.

Presented by Vermont Public, with support from Four Quarters Brewing, Chroma Technologies, and Adagio Chocolates.
