My how time flies. Somehow, the Sugarbush Wall of Fame is now in it’s 8th year! It feels like just yesterday we welcomed in the inaugural class with both the 2019 inductees and “The Founders”.
For those of you not familiar with it, the Sugarbush Wall of Fame was established as part of our 60th anniversary celebration in the 2018-19 season. It now annually recognizes those who have made a significant contribution to “cultivating a spirit of lifelong adventure and camaraderie among Sugarbush staff, guests, and the community”. Over the years we’ve had everyone from ski instructors to owners to restauranteurs and beyond.
Each year, we gather in December the night of The SugarBash (our annual birthday concert) to celebrate the induction of a new class of Wall of Famers. This year will be no different. We’ll be holding our Wall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Saturday, December 12th, right before The SugarBash.
Of course, we can’t host a ceremony until we determine our inductees for this year. So please, if you know someone who lives and breathes the Sugarbush spirit, nominate them here, and then our Wall of Fame Selection Committee will meet in October to determine the next class. Each year we get so many incredible submissions, and I encourage you to keep them coming and make our jobs as hard as possible.
