Historically at Sugarbush, the time between after Community Weekend and before Opening Day/The Big Kicker is a quiet one. Well, not a quiet one for us here at the mountain (actually quite the opposite), but a quiet one as far as events and activities for the guest are concerned. As someone whose birthday is the day before Halloween, I’ve always wanted an event I could celebrate at.
And now that call has been answered. Introducing Mascara Massacre Mountain, our big Halloween party right here at the resort on Friday, October 30th. Paying homage to our Mascara Mountain nickname of yesteryear, this new party will feature live music from The Grift from 7:00-10:00 PM in Gate House where costumes are encouraged (and there will be a competition), mascara is optional, and sleep is highly questionable.
