Neither did I. But it’s here! Our chefs have spent months perfecting their Neapolitan-style pizza crust to bring an authentic pizza to the Mad River Valley. Available to order ahead of time, pizzas are the perfect late night bite to grab on your way up to the mountain. With a variety of unique (and delicious toppings) there’s something for everyone. At 16 inches, a couple of pies and a side salad is plenty to feed your hungry family that just road-tripped up for the latest snow fall.
