Elopements and Micro-Weddings at Sugarbush

2020 has been full of unexpected twists and turns, and plans are changing left and right. While we know there are lot of things happening in the world that are out of our control, we here at Sugarbush want to take a moment to recognize our 2020 brides and grooms, as well as the friends and families involved in making wedding days so special.

Due to state orders, Sugarbush has had to postpone weddings through mid-August. While we were looking forward to each of these celebrations, our Sales Team has been actively working to make the most of these circumstances. Now the team can provide new ways to make sure our brides and grooms feel loved, and most importantly, get these couples married!

New Marriage Options

With help from our Food and Beverage team, Sugarbush will now be offering two new types of weddings starting in late August: Elopements and Micro-Weddings. Both provide the intimacy of a small gathering while giving the couples and their guests the full mountain experience. These packages are all-inclusive with the option to tack on some great add-ons, depending on the type of event you are looking for.

Elopements at Sugarbush

Elopements are ideal for celebrations with a guest count of less than ten people and a minimum of four. This may sound small, but the Sugarbush Elopement Package offers a lot of possibilities. You can even add a private in-room dinner service with your own chef, making for a memorable and unique evening with delicious food prepared just for you.

Micro-Weddings at Sugarbush

A Micro-Wedding is for guest counts between eleven and forty people and offers the flexibility of a smaller event while allowing more friends and family to attend. Again, don’t be fooled by the guest size. Micro-Weddings at Sugarbush offer mountain views, delicious food, and memories to last a lifetime.

Both packages include:

  • Lodging accommodations at the luxury Clay Brook Hotel & Residences.
  • Delectable food and beverage options from Rumble’s Bistro and Bar, conveniently located in the Hotel.
  • Locally made cake.
  • And many add-ons and upgrades depending on your specific wedding day needs.

You also have the option for a lift-served mountaintop ceremony all year-round. That’s right, for our die-hard skiers and riders who want nothing more than to get married surrounded by snowy slopes after a few hours of skiing and riding, these smaller ceremonies give our brides and grooms the option to hold a mountaintop winter wedding!  Remember when I mentioned still getting the full mountain experience?
