Disc Golf is back at Sugarbush! After a season off last summer due to the pandemic, our team has been hard at work rebuilding tee boxes, trimming vegetation, replacing signage, and getting the course back in tip top shape for opening day on June 26th. We hope you’re just as excited as we are to get back outside.
Whether new to the sport or a seasoned veteran, disc golf is an excellent way to enjoy nature, get some exercise, and have fun sense of purpose. The course will be open Thursdays through Mondays throughout the summer. Need to get outfitted? The Farmhouse Rental Shop offers a complete selection of discs to make the most of your day at the course!
New this summer is the introduction of our Thursday Night Throwdown Disc Golf League, sponsored by Lawson’s Finest Liquids, Darn Tough Socks and Mad Taco. Compete with your friends and meet other outdoor oriented folks while playing a pro level mountain course, with weekly prizes for top scorers. For those who plan to complete at least 6 of the 8 weeks, there is a league Grand Prize for top male and female point series finishers. That prize is a 2021-22 Sugarbush Value Season Pass, so your mountain adventure can continue once the seasons change back to winter.
League competitors will meet weekly at 5pm in front of the Farmhouse Bike Shop starting July 8th. Single week competitors are welcome as well, but only those who compete in at least six of the eight weekly sessions are eligible for the grand prizes.
