Celebrating the End of Summer and What’s to Come this Fall

August has arrived as we head into back to school season and the end of summer. It’s a bittersweet transition as evenings get cooler, the smell in the air begins to change, and we’re bombarded with pumpkin everything. But, that doesn’t mean our events and activities are coming to an end quite yet! We’ve got lots of fun things for the entire family going on now through October. This year we’re resurrecting some old events (exciting!), have returning favorites, plus mountain activities continuing through foliage season. So don’t worry that summer is coming to an end. Honestly, we’re getting excited for winter anyway. But we’re still going to celebrate the end of warm weather and embrace the changing of the seasons.

8/13 Recurring Event	Tuesdays on the Big Deck	Join us every Tuesday on the Mt. Ellen Big Deck from 5 to 9PM all summer long! Come enjoy summer cookout vibes, live music and weekly cornhole tournaments with prizes and more. We will have weekly drink specials and rotating menus, along with lawn games for the whole family. This is a rain or shine event!
8/16 Recurring Event	Coca-Cola Family Movie Night: The Barbie Movie	Watch a movie under the stars at Lincoln Peak! On an inflatable screen next to the Gate House Lodge, join us for a screening of The Barbie Movie. We’ll provide popcorn and s’mores, you provide blankets and chairs!
8/16-8/30 Recurring Event	Friday Night Music at Hogan’s Pub	We’ll be rocking out to some tunes every Friday night at Hogan’s Pub all summer long! Come join us from 5-8PM on the deck for bites, brews and tunes. Live music acts rotate weekly! Plus, get half priced buckets of balls at the driving range every week during live music.
8/17 Recurring Event	Music on the Mountain	Ride the Super Bravo Express Quad to Allyn’s Lodge for an outdoor concert. We’ll be serving up a variety of sandwiches, snacks, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Bring your favorite blanket or camp chair (make sure it’s in a bag or stuff sack), sunscreen, bug spray and water bottles (sorry no potable water available). Lift ticket purchase is required, 24/25 Ikon Pass and 24/25 Local Pass holders ride for free, or you can hike up. This is a shine only event.
8/24 Recurring Event	Music in the Courtyard	Music in the Lincoln Peak Courtyard all summer long! This is a free, family friendly, dog friendly event every other Saturday. Grab a drink from the Container Bar or a snack from Rumble’s and enjoy rotating musicians right in the Lincoln Peak base area!
8/30	Summer Comedy Night at Rumble’s Bistro and Bar	Join us for a night of laughs at Rumble’s Bistro & Bar! A cast of well-known comedians will take to the mic bringing stories, personalities, and punch lines to your evening. Grab a drink at the bar, apps, or a full dinner, and enjoy the show! Some content may be inappropriate for children under 13.
8/30	Coca-Cola Family Movie Night: The Goonies	Watch a movie under the stars at Lincoln Peak! On an inflatable screen next to the Gate House Lodge, join us for a screening of The Goonies. We’ll provide popcorn and s’mores, you provide blankets and chairs!
8/31-9/1	Labor Day Weekend	Scenic Lift Rides on Super Bravo Express Quad will be available Saturday – Monday, 10AM – 5PM. Over the course of the weekend, events include Family Movie Night on the Gate House Lawn, Live Music at Hogan’s, and Music on the Mountain.

10/12-10/14	Oktoberfest ’24	Emerge yourself in all things fall with us at Sugarbush’s First-and-Soon-to-be-Annual Oktoberfest Weekend featuring Community Day on Saturday and Oktoberfest events all weekend long.
10/12	Community Day	Embrace the changing of the seasons and celebrate the long weekend here at Sugarbush Resort for Community Day. Enjoy fun for the whole family, including scenic lift rides, family friendly courtyard activities, festive fall treats, mini-golf and more.
