Did you know Sugarbush has its own App? It started as a way to get mountain updates at your fingertips but has recently adapted into so much more. Our Interactive Team has been working on ways to make this even more beneficial for our guests. We are in a time where online ordering and reservations are increasingly more popular, so the Sugarbush App is now a one-stop-shop for pretty much everything you’ll need to know or reserve during your visit here at Sugarbush Resort. The home page has a new, quick and easy layout. You’ll see a lot of the resources that our team has put together in an effort to make operational changes for this winter clearer and easier to understand. We’ve added new buttons – Advance Tickets, Guest Services, Reserve Table – Order Takeout, Arrival Day, COVID, Lessons, and Rentals. Some buttons that are familiar from the previous layout include Trail Maps, Trail Report, Lift Status and our Web Cam streams.
All tickets, mountain and dining reservations are to be purchased and made online ahead of time this season, which is why we’ve put links to all of these in one convenient place. Sugarbush App is definitely the most convenient to get you to what you’re looking for. As I’m sure you’ve seen, we are trying to limit the number of guests coming into our lodges in an effort to encourage social distancing, so our Guest Services page is on the App to serve as a virtual Guest Services desk. Questions pop up, and we have the answers, most of which can be found on this page. If not, our friendly staff is just a short phone call away. If you’re not sure where to start once you download the Sugarbush App, the COVID button is a great place to get an understanding of what changes have been made at the mountain. The Arrival Day button gives you a sense of what a typical day looks like once you arrive.
The Sugarbush App is available for download on both Apple and Android devices. Make sure to turn on your location services and push notifications so we can send you time sensitive information. Don’t worry, you’ll only get these notifications when you’re on Resort!
