Sugarbush’s Winter ’25/’26 Sponsored Athlete Ali Nullmeyer

We are proud to once again be sponsoring Olympic Alpine Skier Ali Nullmeyer for the 2025-2026 ski season! This is our second year sponsoring Ali, and this is an exciting one to say the least. If you don’t know about Ali, check out her introduction blog from last season! As a teen studying at our very own Green Mountain Valley School right here in the Mad River Valley, it is a match made in heaven. Sugarbush is thrilled to be sponsoring her yet again for the upcoming winter season.

Ali’s Ski Journey

In 2017, Ali tore both her ACL and meniscus in both knees which began a long and strenuous rehab journey. After years of hard work, determination and support from friends, family, and her team, she returned to the World Cup to achieve the goals that got put on hold. See her results from last season below.

Check out Ali’s 2024-2025 season recap on her page!

The days I spent skiing and training at Sugarbush were some of the most fun I’ve had. From training slalom on Spring Fling in spring conditions to free skiing all the way up to Castlerock double on cold and snowy days, Sugarbush has been an amazing mountain to explore and help develop my skiing over the past 15 years. Every year, I find myself returning to Vermont at the end of my World Cup season and trying to squeeze in some extra ski days before the hill closes, or skinning up the mountain until there’s almost no snow left. I’m so thankful for the time I’ve spent in Vermont, training and growing up at Sugarbush and I can’t wait for more fun days to come!

Currently, Ali is hard at work training. Training to compete amongst champions. This winter Ali is back at it across the pond for the biggest global competition for winter sports. We will be proudly cheering her on from Vermont as she competes at this global gathering for winter athletes. Let’s go Ali!
