The Steven F. Wallace Memorial Green Mountain Open is back on Friday, August 28, 2026, and there’s no better way to spend a summer day than golfing for a cause. Hosted at the beautiful Sugarbush Resort Golf Club in Warren, Vermont, this annual tournament brings together golfers, businesses, and the High Fives Foundation community to make a lasting impact for athletes with life-changing injuries.
For years, Sugarbush Resort has been one of the High Fives Foundation’s most valued partners. From opening its slopes each winter to hosting memorable fundraising events each summer, Sugarbush has consistently demonstrated that recreation and philanthropy go hand in hand. Their commitment has helped create opportunities for injured athletes to rebuild confidence, rediscover adventure, and return to the sports they love.
The Green Mountain Open is a celebration of that partnership.
Every golfer who joins us helps fund the High Fives Foundation’s mission to prevent life-changing injuries and provide resources and hope if they happen. Proceeds from the tournament support adaptive sports opportunities, physical rehabilitation, mental health resources, adaptive equipment, and programs that empower athletes to get back to doing what they love.
