Fall at the SHaRC

What a great summer season we’ve had at the Sugarbush Health and Recreation Center! We loved seeing all of your smiling faces these past few months enjoying both our indoor and outdoor facilities.

But it’s time to turn eyes to winter. The outdoor pool and hot tub are now officially closed for the season!  Thank you to everyone who came out to splash this summer.

As we hit peak foliage, there’s no better time to start thinking about getting in shape for all of your favorite cold weather activities. With that in mind, our ZUU Snow Fit class is a great way to begin your winter warmup process.

We have two date options for those interested:
Tuesday’s beginning October 19th 5:15-6:00pm
Saturdays beginning October 23rd 9:00-10:00am

For those that don’t know, ZUU is a low impact bodyweight training method to help improve mobility and conditioning, with a bit of conventional core, balance and agility training mixed in. It’s an excellent way to get in shape for skiing or snowmaking. All levels are welcome for this fun and effective workout and you can work at your own intensity.  Together we grow stronger!

This class will be held on the tennis courts. Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, and don’t forget your water bottle.

Monday- Thursday 9:00AM – 6:00PM
Friday & Saturday 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Sunday 9:00AM – 4:00PM
