One of the many things we look forward to every season when the Season Pass and Ticket Office opens are the conversations, answering questions, and catching up with members of our Sugarbush community. But, as we all know, the mountain experience is going to be a bit different this year. This season, we encourage you to call or email us in advance of your visit with any pass or ticket questions, so we can avoid extended interaction at our windows, which will allow us to better serve everyone in a timely manner. It won’t be easy for us to miss out on catching up and conversing about the wild and crazy times of 2020, but it’s the right thing to do. All ticket and pass pickup will occur through our outside ticket windows at both Lincoln Peak and Mt Ellen, as well as our SugarXpress Kiosks. These windows will be solely for pass and ticket pickup only and no purchases can be made at the ticket window this season.
Tickets
As you may have seen, tickets are now on sale for the 2020/21 season. All purchases must be made in advance, whether that be online or over the phone, though you can purchase tickets online day-of. While we’ve always stressed the importance of booking online in advance to save money, another reason to do so this year is limited capacity. We only have a certain number of tickets available each day, with tiered pricing. The sooner you purchase the better the price. And, if you’re planning a trip, make sure you secure your tickets ahead of time, whether that is for December or March.
Attestation
Another important task that you and your dependents need to complete is for you to attest to following VT Travel Restrictions prior to visiting Sugarbush. If you have not done so, please follow the links below to read, sign, and complete this process prior to skiing/riding at Sugarbush this season. You must do this at least 48 hours prior to your first day of skiing. If you are purchasing a day ticket, this will be accomplished during the purchase process.

Thank you all for your understanding as we all work together to make this another extraordinary season of skiing and riding at Sugarbush.
Best and be safe.
