Sugarbush’s 3rd Annual Pride Weekend is right around the corner on Friday, March 21st with an event lineup for everyone through Sunday March 23rd. Pride Weekend is a celebration of community, diversity, and joy and has become a favorite spring tradition at Sugarbush. This year, Sugarbush is excited to partner with local and regional organizations supporting the LGBTQ+ community including the Pride Center of VT, Unlikely Riders, and OutRyders. Join us for an unforgettable weekend of skiing and riding, DJs, dancing, drag, and festive vibes.
At Sugarbush, we’re proud to champion inclusivity and create spaces where all individuals can feel welcomed and celebrated. We’re committed to fostering a community where guests and employees from every background feel comfortable working, exploring, and adventuring. To us, the mountains aren’t just a place—they are a shared experience, and we believe they’re for everyone.
Our Community Partners
OutRyders is the Northeast’s largest LGBTQ+ ski and snowboard club welcoming anyone who has a passion for skiing or boarding in the mountains and is LGBTQ+ or an ally. OutRyders creates social and skiing or boarding events that provide great opportunities for outdoor activities and getting to know others.

The Pride Center of Vermont is the state’s leading LGBTQ+ community organization, dedicated to advancing equity, wellness, and connection for LGBTQ+ individuals across Vermont. Offering a wide range of programs, services, and advocacy efforts, the center provides resources for health, social support, education, and community building. From youth programs to elder outreach, HIV prevention to transgender support groups, the Pride Center fosters a safe, inclusive space for all.
Unlikely Riders of Burlington is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making snow sports accessible and inclusive for underrepresented communities. By providing mentorship, equipment, and access to mountain experiences, they empower individuals who may not have had the opportunity to explore skiing or snowboarding. Their mission is rooted in building confidence, fostering community, and breaking down barriers within the industry.
